All of our Estate Sales are under constant video surveillance. We take our clients property, and the safety of our customers very seriously. All shoplifters will be prosecuted.

* We do not accept any bills larger than a $20. Unfortunately Estate Sales have become a favorite target for those trying to pass counterfeit bills. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

* All Electronic/Digital/ Card transactions will be subjected to a 2% fee (Except Zelle, there is no fee for paying with Zelle).

** We are a professional service providers, we are mandated to add 7% Florida sales tax to all purchases.
